This isn’t about chasing perfection, dieting fads (looking at you keto), or pretending you love kale chips (unless you really do…to each their own).
It’s about living your life like you actually enjoy being in it.
I created Green, Wild, Free because my partner Shane and I came together and we believe that the narrative out there paints the idea of the “healthy life” as hard. It is all or nothing. The notion that if it’s not hard you’re not doing it right. No! It’s the opposite if you’re making it hard then you’re not doing it right.
There is this idea that you either have to run marathons and drink green juice or you just give up and binge Netflix with a sleeve of cookies. Where is the in-between? Where is the joy?
Here’s the truth: we humans are complicated little creatures.
We want to eat better, move more, and soak up the magic of daily life. But if it feels hard, we’ll ghost it faster than a gym membership in February.
So I made it simple. Like, shockingly simple.
